A short, honest note for anyone reading closely.
Parts of this site describe an earlier chapter of the work — the never-launder reasoning engine, the drug-interaction database that shows its proof, provable guideline decision support. All of that is real and still true. But the engine underneath has kept moving faster than the marketing pages, and we'd rather say so than let a page read as the whole story.
Where it's actually gone: from a set of clinical products to a domain-agnostic governed cognitive runtime — the same never-launder discipline, now with a working causal (do-calculus) engine that refuses unidentifiable questions, and knowledge products that compile into signed, self-certifying packages rather than trusting the source that shipped them.
A stale page is fine; a contradictory one is not. So: if something here reads a version behind, that's the reason — and the current picture is a conversation away. Ask us.
